The Double snatch is a very challenging motion. All the timing and balance requirements of a regular snatch and then some.

Watch how KJ pulls back and up but doesn't lean back too far.

Also watch the knee dip and bend near the finish.

Here's an interesting flavor of pushup that lets you dial in a fairly high level of difficulty. The main ideas are to read more
