ADJUSTABLE KETTLEBELLS

I'm trying to figure out which hole I in the handle bands I should be using? There are 3 - a little one (same size as the Allen wrench) then 2 big ones. Do I use the top big one or the bottom one?? Seems to make a lot of difference as to where the weight lands on my forearm.

Our updated product line still has a base, mid, and high option but things have changed!!! more . .

• The grips have been modified to the new design and are the same for all options.
• we have a new strap that is same for all models. It's black finish RC52 tempered band that's a good bit stronger than the old blue steel. These bands would be much happier as leaf springs in truck suspensions but we have consigned them to live inside of your Kettlestack !

I recieved the kettlestack this afternoon...I love this thing...I'm having trouble thinking of functional differences between an actual kettlebell and it...real well made product...

I had a quick question regarding storage though...should I loosen the bolts or even undo the whole setup every night for longevity (of the kettlestack) purposes?

These things look like a great idea, but I've seen some posts about how they rattle,
That wouldn't be safe. What do you say about rattling ?

i only have Olympic plates (like the 10kg, 5kg, 2.5kg and 1.25kg) does your product fit olympic plates or is it just for weider plates with the smaller holes? more . .
