I just returned form Brazil, I fought in the Brazilian Jiu-jitsu World Championship the last weekend of july in the Adult division - brown belt - Medium Weight. And I am back home with a Bronze Medal : not only is this very good for a non Brazilian, but it is a major improvement for me as last year I took 5th in the Purple Belt division. I really want to give credit to this versatile tool you have provided me with: the Kettlestack. I have been using kettlestacks as my only implement for Strength and conditionning for more than a year and my conditionning has dramaticly improved.
I have been a black belt in Judo for more that 10 years, and hold a Brown Belt In jiu-jitsu from Carlos Gracie Jr as I represent The Gracie Barra Academy in france, I Know how important conditionning is, and, as a 29 year old that works full time as an enginer and spend long hours in the Dojo for practice and sparring, I don?t have extra time to go to a regular gym. I have used Kettlestacks with weights ranging form 16 to 25 kilos and have practiced the Olympic lifts (like the Snatch and the Clean and Jerk) in circuit style routines together with bodyweight exercices. I have reduced the time I dedicate to Strength and conditionning and was able to spend more time praticing technical skills. The quality and the durability of the Handle is really perfect and I am ordering an other pair of your Handles to keep one at the Dojo. I liked my first two (kettlestack kettlebells) so much that I am buying two more. Great product. (CA , Texas, 1 mnth after 1st)
I have been using the kettlestacks since January and have found them to be very easy to assemble, use and it does almost everything a regular kettlebell does.
Since the plates are adjustable you can also set them lower than the cast KBs without hurting the forearms of beginner Kettlestackers.
I highly recommend them for their functionality. It's a great product.
I'm going to look into making base plates that can be attached to the main bolt so that renegade rows can also be done with them.
I like the fact that I'm able to change the weights with this unit (kettlebells by kettlestack) as my sons(age fourteen) can use it also. They think I dream this stuff up to torture them. We're trying to get Mom involved also. Thanks for a quality product and good service. DS, Bonita,California
I've got the old style Kettlestack, which I enjoy immensely. I arbitrarily chose the middle hole for all my Kettlestack builds (35 to 55 pounds). Do you have guidelines for which hole to use (e.g., for less than 25 pounds use the hole closest to the handle)?
I tried a couple of brands of cast kettlebells today. I found that they caused intense pain in my wrist--they hit a spot much closer to my wrist than my Kettlestack. I'm wondering if they have a crappy design, or am I spoiled from my Kettlestack!
I would like to purchase another kettlestack for double KB movements--can I set up a new-style Kettlestack such that it has the same height as my old one?
Thanks!
I got my next kettlestack handle. This time it's the new model that
the front page shows.
It's a little wider and a little taller. The bands are finished in a
black instead of the blued steel on my first handle.
It didn't seem that new or different until I built up my 57 then I
noticed some things.
It was easier to set up a round shape close to the 45 on the front
page. Now it is really close to a solid KB.
On presses, the stack sits higher on the forearm. After I felt this
difference I went back and pulled the old handle out farther from the
stack and it felt better. It just happens more naturally with the new
design.
And on two handed swings there's a lot more room for the fingers.
I know you kettlestack guys know all this but small improvements add
up and you've got a better product. I'd say much better except that
makes it sound like the old design had problems , and these are fine points that just made a great product near perfect.
Thanks,
TZ
I thought my Kettlestack was good for swings & presses, but I still used a solid kettlebell for snatches.
Then I saw that new front page and the whole tweak thing clicked. You guys wasted a lot of time not getting the word out! It's just as comfortable as my cast kettlebell. Fix all those pictures! JL, Texas
I just bought the kettlestack and I love it. It works great. (JK Anaheim California)
I love them...I was just on my way out for some clean & jerks actually. The adjustments are easy and quick which is great while training other people. In fact it's the best equipment purchase I've made in along time...I'm so glad I did not go with an imposter kettlestack. Anyway it's exceeded my expectations and I'm very happy. KK, Ohio
Please view our assembly video More kettlebell stuff . . .
Hello,
I recieved the kettlestack this afternoon...I love this thing...I'm having trouble thinking of functional differences between an actual kettlebell and it...real well made product...
I had a quick question regarding storage though...should I loosen the bolts or even undo the whole setup every night for longevity (of the kettlestack) purposes?
Thank You
RJ
Hello everyone - - I've never used kettlebells before but would like to try them out. After reading over this website the Kettlestack seems like a good way to go since it is very versatile and expandable (and I have lots of weight plates). My question is - - what handle would be best for me to get ? More kettlebell stuff . . .
A customer sent us a picture of his 20lb setup (:

asking us if he set it up correctly .
That setup is pretty close to the "19" lber shown as part of this assembly sequence:

Hi folks,
Just wondering what the best option is to get a pair of kettlestacks in Canada. Shipping them from the states? Or is there an official supplier in Canada that would be better?
Hi Everyone !
Our updated product line still has a base, mid, and high option but things have changed!!! More kettlebell stuff . . .

Pretty decent prices and shipping is reasonable as well, just thought I'd share with your guys here. I plan on getting the 7.5 plates from here if I can't find them local.
