Just got my first Kettlestack (adjustable kettlebell). I love it. Feels just like regular kettlebells. The cost is equal to the shipping cost of some kettlebells! SL, Brooklyn, New York
I've received my Kettlestack adjustable kettlebells. I am extremely happy about the product and my fitness and strenght has taken on a complete new dimension! I am already training with 30kg bells... Thank you for the great service! In South-Africa if you send mail, your lucky if the other person ever gets it! ... It's so much fun training with the kettlebells...I will never go to a gym again! Regards ST, South Africa
I just returned form Brazil, I fought in the Brazilian Jiu-jitsu World Championship the last weekend of july in the Adult division - brown belt - Medium Weight. And I am back home with a Bronze Medal : not only is this very good for a non Brazilian, but it is a major improvement for me as last year I took 5th in the Purple Belt division. I really want to give credit to this versatile tool you have provided me with: the Kettlestack. I have been using kettlestacks as my only implement for Strength and conditionning for more than a year and my conditionning has dramaticly improved.
I have been a black belt in Judo for more that 10 years, and hold a Brown Belt In jiu-jitsu from Carlos Gracie Jr as I represent The Gracie Barra Academy in france, I Know how important conditionning is, and, as a 29 year old that works full time as an enginer and spend long hours in the Dojo for practice and sparring, I don?t have extra time to go to a regular gym. I have used Kettlestacks with weights ranging form 16 to 25 kilos and have practiced the Olympic lifts (like the Snatch and the Clean and Jerk) in circuit style routines together with bodyweight exercices. I have reduced the time I dedicate to Strength and conditionning and was able to spend more time praticing technical skills. The quality and the durability of the Handle is really perfect and I am ordering an other pair of your Handles to keep one at the Dojo. MS, France
Forgive me, i've just returned from a long hiatus. I will be utilizing this fully for my preparation for SFAS Round 2. Thank you and continue to make a great product. CD, Sgt US Army, Iraq
Excellent! I am very happy with the kettlestacks. The handles are extremely comfortable as I hoped they would be. I am waiting for the weekend to really spend some trying different configurations (round contour vs. flat) and weights, but I couldn't resist trying them out after my Monday and Tuesday workouts. So far I have only tried lightweight snatches, swings and cleans. I found that setting the axle position to the highest level works the best for me in catching the snatch. Keeping a straight arm and catching it in the almost-upright-position (I dip into a half squat for dumbell snatches) seems to really help, too. I haven't really got the hang of the cleans, yet. The one suggestion that I would have is to print out assembly directions and send them with the handles. The assembly was easy and I printed out directions from the website, but it wouldn't hurt to throw in a printout for good measure. BW , Massachusetts
Hi kettleguys,
Just got my kettlestack handles - they're great.
At first i'm wondering how strong they'd be, but once the weights are clamped in it's together!
and I savd a bunch on shipping- I'd be wiped out if I had to pay for shipping a pile of kettlebells to PR.
That tip about swings with a single heavy kettlebell worked great also.
You guys have a great product and great service.

detailed reviews
I didn't know about you guys before I bought a 35 for my first KB.
Presses were ok at first but they are getting too easy and swings were too easy from the start.
The forums suggested what my next kettlebell should be and some harder press moves, but I got off that train, purchased your product and can now focus on training instead of saving up for the next weight kettlebell. The kettlestack is a great product wish I knew about it sooner. PD
These things look like a great idea, but I've seen some posts about how they rattle,
That wouldn't be safe. What do you say about rattling ?
A customer asks:
"I am trying to decide which type of handle(s) to purchase and if I should just get one or two. I will be a beginner to kettlebells (but I have been lifting for 20 years) so I assume I should start out at 1 pood per kettle and work my way up. If I get the "High" handle so that I can just buy one set and be good for life will I need a lot of foam spacers to use just 1 pood? Other than front squatsa, are there many exercises that require two kettlebells at once? Thanks in advance."
I'm trying to figure out which hole I in the handle bands I should be using? There are 3 - a little one (same size as the Allen wrench) then 2 big ones. Do I use the top big one or the bottom one?? Seems to make a lot of difference as to where the weight lands on my forearm.
Thanks,
PS. Awesome product.
Hi folks,
Just wondering what the best option is to get a pair of kettlestacks in Canada. Shipping them from the states? Or is there an official supplier in Canada that would be better?
http://www.bwproducts.com/fitness/weights/weights/index.htm
Pretty decent prices and shipping is reasonable as well, just thought I'd share with your guys here. I plan on getting the 7.5 plates from here if I can't find them local.
I want to build up a 35 pound kettlestack
which slot should I use ?
The first step to getting the best kettlebell shape from your Kettlestack is understand where your forearm is going to land.
For most people that will be around 2 o'clock according to the clock we've superimposed over the image of the kettlestack.
Take alook at how the plates are tapered on this pair of 35 lbers. More kettlebell stuff . . .
