Kettlebell Assembly Sequences






You can "make" just about any weight with Kettlestack adjustable kettlebell handles. The spring steel support bands will flex to accomodate the Kettlestack's inner core width, and the bolts have plenty of adjustment to get the outer wings set the way you want it.

However, all this freedom is a bit confusing, so here are four distinct build sequences that show the most common Kettlestack configurations. The key starting point is to compare the core width to hexaxle's length (see pictures ). Is the stack wide or narrow relative to the hexaxle's length ?

lay bands over center core.

run hexaxle through bands & center core

turn assembly on side (use left wing as base )

Does the hexaxle go through core and past band ?

lay right wing on top & tighten right bolt

Turn assembly back upright, and tighten left wing against hexaxle
flange.
