At Kettlestack we strive to be a trusted and integral part of your improving physical condition- strength, cardio, flexibility in whatever mix fits your needs. You are making us part of your fitness life and we appreciate the trust.

Kettlebell training for beginners should be approached as hard, simple work and you should start slow and please consider the baseline fitness you are starting with.

Before kettlebells became a training tool they were used as weights on large farm scales. At the end of a day's work you'd hardly be surprised to find some farm hands swinging around these weights; Note that before these folks ever touched a kettlebell handle they had a lifetime of hard labor and well honed lifting skills from tasks like bailing hay or hauling 100 lb bags of feed. Fast forward to our sedentary, video-centric 21st century and remember your ancestors didn't have the luxury of being out of shape.

You'll get even better results if you combine kettlebell training with a calisthetics and stretching program that you can start while your Kettlestack completes its postal journey.

On assembly, we've found that the biggest hurdle that most customers have to overcome is stacking the plates; Stacking is easy but please review our

Instruction

and and our world famous kettlebell assembly video ( our front page photo was made from the same procedure as that video). If you are at all mechanically unsure, please get back in touch with your questions.

If your kettlebell setups are going to be less than 35 lbs, please read our note about narrow cores at 25~35 lbs(You also might consider our new foamdiscs)
