Figure Eights and the 300 workout

Hi folks

this 300 workout

you wrote about just wipes me out, so I swapped figure eights
for the snatches.

So, I did this with a 44 lb kettlestack and my 190 lb body weight:

1. 16 figure eights
2. 16 overhead squats (left hand overhead)
3. 16 overhead squats (right hand overhead)
4. 16 pullups (some cheaters)
5. 16 roundups. ( more like 4 roundups and 12 pushups)

and then repeat the cycle 12 and 10 reps.

That is one tough workout for me !
